Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are released automatically and returned to your balance. You do not need to ask, and there is nothing to claim.

Assembling the finished videos happens after those credits have been spent, so a failure at that stage does not return credits by itself. Tell us and we will put it right.

Output you did not like

Generated output is not refundable because you are dissatisfied with it. The free campaign exists so you can see the quality of the pipeline on your own product before you pay anything.

Credits

Credits do not expire. Unused credits stay on your account for as long as the account exists.

Discretionary refunds

We do issue refunds when something has genuinely gone wrong. This is discretionary and is not a right you acquire by purchasing. Write to us and explain what happened.

What a refund does to your balance

A refund reverses the credits that payment bought, in proportion to the amount refunded. If you have already spent those credits, your balance goes below zero. Credits are reserved one clip at a time, so generation resumes for as many hooks as your balance covers and skips the rest until you top up. We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it afterwards.
